ACT RESPONSIBLE CANNES TRIBUTES 2016
recognizing and celebrating creativity for Good Causes.

Brad - Canada, Grabarz & Partner - Germany, F&Q Brasil / M&C Saatchi Group - Brazil, Criativa - Brazil, received an ACT Responsible Cannes Tribute in recognition of their outstanding work supporting good causes.

The four agencies received their Tributes from Mr. Bernard Brochand, Member of the French Parliament, President of the District Council of the Pays de Lérins, Mr. Frank Chikli, Third Delegate of Cannes City Hall and Hervé de Clerck, Dreamleader of ACT Responsible, in the Debussy foyer.

The ACT Responsible Cannes Tribute is a distinction given to outstanding works for good causes. It is the general public’s vote that decides which agency should receive a Tribute. The public was able to vote through an online plateforme (1 vote= 1 point) as well as on site, at the exhibition in Cannes (1 vote = 3 points). The idea behind this tribute is to reward all of the agencies who have given their talent and creativity towards promoting a good cause as well as increasing the visibility of the favorite campaigns as much as possible.

Voting took place from June 15th to June 23rd and was divided into 4 categories: Planet, Human Rights, Education, Solidarity.

Out of the 1.100 campaigns identified since June 2015 in the ACT Responsible database, 440 were shortlisted to be part of the exhibition and 79 campaigns were showcased in the exhibition (16 in the Planet section, 19 in Education, 22 in Solidarity and 22 in Human Rights). The 2016 exhibition gathered 63 agencies, 71 advertisers from more than 30 countries.

Over 6.500 votes were collected this year and 12 Tributes (3 in each theme) were distributed.
